Nathaniel DeMay - When I wake up

If forever is nothing,
And your love just a dream,
When I wake up what will it mean?
If you are the tourtose,
And I the hare,
If I wake up will anyone care?
I know this is strange,
In fact it is weird,
But should I wake up will you still be here?
If I love you today,
And charrish you tomorrow,
Should we brake up will you feel sorrow?
All of these questions and all of these fears,
Eventually I will know I have what I have,
And to be grateful for that; and, to forget the tears.
