i take my sacred knife
and make my life right

cuts of pleasure
pain that nobody could measure

blood drops on the alter
like this doesn't even matter

feeling so alive
i look to the sky

my hidden plea
i fall to my knees

i most be cursed
i say these words

'all my life
i was dead
now i'm alive inside'
that was all i said

then in the night sky
where the stars shine bright
there was something
something quit not right
the moon was laughing
laughing at my pain
i think i want insane
