'Nasty Fail Spoils a Cute Pole Dance Combo'

'This was the exact moment Emily Tillotson realized why crash mats are so commonly used with pole-related activities.

Filmed in Austin, Texas, this video features Emily almost breaking her left shoulder and/or neck due to a dramatic pole fail.

She told us: "I was working on a new pole combo when an adjustment to a movie I made caused me to lose my grip. It was my first real sports injury aside from a sprained ankle."

Emily also provided us with an update on her condition: "I'm fine but shoulda used crash mats."
