NASA tests Mars lander InSight's solar array
Description
The InSight spacecraft, scheduled for a May 2018 launch, will stay in one place on the Martian surface and study the red planet's interior. NASA tested its specially designed solar panels, whose fan-like shape will maximize the power they can draw from the weak sunlight on Mars.
