Naro Shankar Temple, Nashik

Shree Naro Shankar Mandir is one of the famous temple on the bank of River Godavari in Nasik Panchawati Area. It is attached to Dahipool bridge. This temple was built by Naroshankar Rajebahaddar in 1764. Design on the wall of this temple is very attactive. A bell known as Naroshankar Ghanta at the gate of this temple is also very famous which can be observe from most of area on the bank of river in Panchavati.

When level of water in Godavari River is increased and touched to Naro Shankar Ghanta it is assumed to very dangerous and said Over Flood ( Mahapur).
