Targeting Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia for cancelling an award ceremony after realising that Gujarat has bagged the top awards, the Gujarat chief minister said, "Congress leaders are arrogant. I think it is the Congress trait that has made him arrogant."

"Congress' one point program is how to establish the 'son' (party vice-president Rahul Gandhi). Nation is secondary for them only the son's career must be safe," he added.
