Narcortics case against Rhea, how tests may not help?

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) yesterday filed a criminal case against actor Rhea Chakraborty and three of her acquaintances under several sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, claiming proof about the consumption of banned substances. In the investigation of digital data many WhatsApp chats have surfaced, through which, it has revealed that Rhea Chakraborty acquired and used narcotics substances illegally since 2017.
