Najib makes another bid to postpone SRC trial

Former premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak filed a judicial review application against the Federal Court’s refusal to grant him an order to stay the trial of his corruption cases relating to SRC International Sdn Bhd.
One of his lawyers, Harvinderjit Singh, confirmed the application was filed with the Federal Court registry on Monday but no date was set for case management.
