Najib: Big difference between rejecting hudud and not implementing it

Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak says the governments has never rejected hudud as Allah's Law, however many issues need to be ironed out before it can be implemented in the country.

He says many restraints and issues must be scrutinized and tackled before hudud law could be implemented without affecting its objectives.
