NADF Forestry Expo

THUNDER BAY – Nishnawbe Aski Development Fund are hosting a Forestry Expo at the Valhalla Inn, in Thunder Bay Ontario from April 22nd to 23rd, 2015.

There are two components to the event. First is a Trade Show which is open to the public, and is free of charge to attend.

Brian Davey from NADF, a financial institution that offers grants and loans to Aboriginal businesses and entrepreneurs says that there has been a growing interest in forestry. The loans for forest companies have been climbing, and that led NADF to look to hold this large trade show.

There are also going to be speakers and workshops at the event.

The NADF Forestry Expo will also offer ‘Best Practices’ forums and workshops to explore opportunities together.

Registrations are still open but filling up very fast! If you haven’t already registered for the two-day conference, today would be a good day to reserve your seat for $169.50 (HST included).

The SOLD OUT Trade Show is free to attend and open to the general public.
