My Worst Lift! 😅

Inspired by @mrregere recently, l did one One Hand Cleans from the Hang before Jerking overhead. 111⅓(50½kg) shown. One Hand Jerks are my Waterloo. Today, they actually felt not so foreign. Sure is much more difficult going from a Hang instead of the ground. @mrregere was using another 25lb which is DEFINITELY gonna take a while. God Bless.
