My Buddy

Louis Prager, aka, Rui, aka Rui Terauchi, was kidnapped to Japan by his mother in June 2010. He was nearly five years old and close to both his father and mother. But because of Japanese state practice, and US government policy towards Japan, Rui's Daddy has been unable to find or communicate with him a single time in all the years that have passed since then.
