My Biggest Insecurity: Loose Skin

After shrinking from 360lbs (25.5st) to 200lbs (14st) Gaude now shares his fitness tips and advice on his popular ObesetoBeast YouTube channel.

In his latest clip, he bravely shows his followers what the weight loss has done to both his skin and, ultimately, his confidence.

He explains: ‘I’m comfortable clothed. I’m not that comfortable unclothed, and I decided since I’m not that comfortable unclothed, I should show you guys why.’
In reality, he continues, he has a ‘good amount’ of loose skin around his arms, stomach and legs, which he goes on to show in the clip.

‘Obviously this is not ideal, he says. ‘What I would have wanted after losing 160 pounds is the perfect body, right? But that’s not the case, and that’s okay. And I want you guys to understand that.

‘You should never let loose skin or anything else stop you from going for your dreams. My dream is to be very happy in my skin. And I am,’ he concludes.

Which is a pretty inspirational message whether you’re losing weight or not.
