Mutant Arabic Goat

A goat dealer in Egypt has this goat up for sale. What he calls it translates to a "Shaman goat" although I don't know what that means. The part that really had me confused, is he says that it will sell for over $10,000.00 and it will give up to 3 liters of milk per day, which left me confused since it's obviously a male.
