Musk V. Twitter Continues

Attorneys for Elon Musk and Twitter ($TWTR@US) are set to debate requests for information in the weeks leading up to the trial over Musk’s $44 billion takeover. One of the issues they will discuss is whether Musk’s team should have access to documents that Twitter claimed are protected by the attorney-client privilege. Musk’s team is also seeking to use details from a Twitter whistleblower as a basis for terminating the deal. Musk continues to make allegations that there are more fake and spam accounts than Twitter acknowledged, and Twitter continues to accuse Musk of using his complaints as an excuse for backing out of the deal.
