'MUSK DEAL'

“Entering Twitter HQ - let that sink in!”, tweeted by Elon Musk as he walked inside Twitter's headquarters carrying a literal sink on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022 (Thursday in Manila). Following the sink video, hours later he tweeted that he would be meeting "cool people" at Twitter that day. Musk's updated his Twitter profile, with a "Chief Twit" as his bio and "Twitter HQ" on his location.

The $44 billion acquisition shows no sign of it being fully accomplished but will be encountering a Friday deadline issued by the Delaware Chancery Court from early October. A trial is set in November if no deal is reached by the scheduled date. Musk would be expected to visit on Friday at Twitter to conclude the deal.
