Murray trial day four, Penn protests in Egypt

In day four of Dr. Conrad Murray's trial for involuntary manslaughter, a paramedic who responded to the emergency call at Michael Jackson's home testified. Richard Senneff told the court Jackson had no heartbeat when they connected him to a monitor. He also said, in his opinion, Jackson could've been saved had they been called earlier. He said Murray told the paramedics he was treating Jackson for dehydration and exhaustion - and never mentioned he had given him the drug propofol - the drug that ultimately killed him.
Sean Penn was in Egypt demonstrating for freedom. The Oscar-winning actor joined thousands of Egyptian activists in Cairo on Friday (September 30) demanding that military rulers speed up the transfer of power to civilians. Local media said Penn, holding an Egyptian flag, walked in Cairo's Tahrir Square.
Finally, Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriends are making news. First off, Holly Madison has insured her breasts for 1 million dollars with Lloyd's of London. The reality show star and actress told People Magazine she took out the policy to protect herself and others in her Las Vegas production, "Peepshow."
And, Hefner's former fiancee - who famously fled days before their wedding - is selling her diamond engagement ring at auction. Crystal Harris's platinum ring, which has a 3.39 carat circular-cut diamond, will be sold at Christie's New York in October. It's expected to fetch between 20 - 30,000 dollars.
