Multiple Waterspouts Dip Into Outer Banks

Several waterspouts were spotted off the shores of Kill Devil Hills in the Outer Banks, North Carolina, on Monday, July 10.
The National Weather Service</a> said multiple waterspouts formed near the Manteo and Kill Devil Hills areas and warned that they could move on shore.
Some damage was reported, according to the News Observer</a>.
