0 Views • Dec 17, 2017
Description
Moments after the motion to repeal Net Neutrality was passed by the FCC, individual US states have risen to fight the decision. Legal challenges have been filed by state attorney generals and lawmakers in California and Washington have pledging to propose net neutrality-style laws for their own states. New York state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has joined in the legal battle following his own investigation into alleged faked comments left by bots during the FCC’s public feedback process.
