Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe has unilaterally declared elections will be on July 31 amid opposition by his partner in government and former rival, Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai. The prime minister said the earliest Zimbabwe can hold election is on August 25. Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports.
