Mufti snubs differently-abled man

While on one hand Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed led People's Democratic Party (PDP) has been backing separatist Syed Ali Shah Geelani's demand for a passport on humanitarian grounds. On the other hand, he has shown insensitivity towards the common man. Just take a look at how a differently abled man was not allowed to meet Chief Minister, this despite waiting for over six hours outside his Ganerbal residence.
