MTR captain caught clipping nails, playing with iPad while driving

Inappropriate behavior: an Hong Kong's MTR conductor was caught clipping his nails and using his iPad while while he was supposed to be minding the train in a recent YouTube video. The incident raises MTR authority's concern about drivers' misconduct and the effectiveness of their safety mechanisms. The Railway Union is urging MTR to send the police surveillance footage and report the incident. MTR denies that it has any such surveillance in place, but has promised to report the incident to police for further investigation.
