I feel like a hollow shell just existing
The pain is beyond resisting

Consuming my thoughts and actions
Trying hard to find a distraction

Which can’t be found
Your lies continue to surround

Not knowing the truth from fiction
Believing your contradictions

I can’t believe you have hurt me once again
You have proven I can’t depend

I have been there through thick and thin
Just so you can destroy me within

Leave me feeling numb
Allowing the pain to succumb

The pain keeps persisting
I am just here existing
