Seam cell divisions in a live C. elegans expressing GFP labeled tubulin and mCherry labeled histone. An L3 stage larvae of C .elegans is anesthetized and mounted on an agarose pad. Images were taken at 20 seconds intervals and 5x2 um z sections for 10 minutes. In-focus images are displayed at each time point.
