WORKED DILIGENTLY AND THOROUGHLY TO DELIVER AN EXCELLENT JOB!! From the first contact with Bill and his wife everything was handled in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. On the day of the job the three-man team showed up on time and worked diligently and thoroughly to deliver an excellent job. All three are very customer oriented. Customer satisfaction was clearly their primary goal. My wife and I recommend Mr. Sandless of Knoxville without any reservations. We, of course, have yet to find out how the finish performs over time but based on my experience so far I expect this to be excellent as described by Bill.
