This is an interesting case. I just wish I had a little more background information on the patient. If i had to guess, she had severe cystic acne and she is receiving treatment by laser to remove the acne and/or the scarring. Maybe they also put her on Accutane too. I am not sure. It looks a lot like those before and after accutane photos you see.
