MPHB Capital cancels dividend proposal

MPHB Capital has pulled back its plan to pay a final dividend of RM0.05 per share for the financial year ended December 31st last year after it failed to get Bank Negara Malaysia's approval.

MPHB Capital said the proposed final dividend payment had been cancelled and would not be tabled for shareholders' approval at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
