Manila Police District Station 2 guards the usually busy Divisoria after Manila Mayor Isko Moreno implemented a 48-hour hard lockdown to stop the spread of COVID-19 cases in District 1, Tondo, Manila which has recorded 86 active cases, 13 deaths, and 8 recoveries.
