Bagong Alyansang Makabayan Chairperson Teddy Casiño said they coordinate with authorities for the Baha sa Luneta 2.0 rally on Sunday, belying the statement of the Manila Police District that
protesters did not coordinate with the National Parks Development Committee for the staging of the protest. Casiño told the Manila Times that they followed similar protocols of the staging of their previous Sept. 21 protest held in the same venue.
