MP Home Minister rationalises rapes

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, facing ire over the gangrape and murder of two Dalit sisters in his state, has found support from an unexpected quarter - a BJP minister from Madhya Pradesh.
Babulal Gaur, the MP home minister, was quoted as saying that Akhilesh Yadav and his father and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav should not be blamed for rape incidents in UP since "no one tells you beforehand that he is going to rape".
