Ever noticed how there's always
Someone who can tie you to another.
Just today this girl I know
Discovered a tiny thread,
It lead from her colleague at work,
Through the Eurotunnel,
Along the A259,
Straight to my place of work!
I wonder how many of us right here on poemhunter,
All link up in some way?
What would the tiny threads look like
If we joined them all up?
Perhaps without even knowing
We could even be related!
