The heating system utilizes aluminum plate heating, ensuring high thermal conductivity and improving the finished product rate. This feature is the result of our technical team developing a high-performance laminating machine based on the characteristics of PVC film, solving the problem of achieving precise results for common positive/negative pressure high-gloss profiles in a single pass that cannot be repaired.

Using special process heating and a large worktable, this machine significantly increases production efficiency, saving costs. The transmission system employs chain drive, with a two-stage reduction for the worktable entry to prevent workpiece misalignment and product waste. The computer system uses imported electrical components for stable performance and is equipped with both manual and automatic operation programs, achieving a high degree of automation.
