Motorists Stranded on Snow-Covered A31

Motorists were stranded following a collision on the snow-covered A31 in southern England late on Thursday, March 1.

Hampshire Police</a> had requested military assistance to clear the traffic. Around 100 vehicles were stuck, ITV</a> reported.

Similar road conditions were reported on the A38 near Devon. A red weather warning was in place for the region until early Friday as Storm Emma snarled traffic and disrupted flights.
