Motorcycle Rips Bumper Off Car

Info from Licensor: "I was driving on 40th Street in Oakland. I saw a vehicle suddenly change lanes to turn right. I saw a motorcycle clip the right front end of the car. I saw the car bumper fly off. The motorcycle sped away. I sped to catch it. The motorcycle rider said he was going back but sped away. I went back and spoke to the car driver. It was a Lyft Driver with his AMP on. I informed the driver I had a video of the incident and gave him my phone number. The driver did not want to call the Police and drove away."
