MOTORCADE OVER BAD ROADS

Residents of Lengua, Princes Town held a motorcade in protest over multiple landslips and poor water supply across their communities.

In recent years, at least five homes were destroyed by landslips, leaving more than a dozen people homeless and struggling to rebuild their lives.

When our reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh went through the area on Tuesday, they called on the ministers of works and local government to visit the communities and see first-hand, the urgent need for their intervention.
