More Taxi Fares Increase
Description
At least two taxi associations in South Trinidad have increased their fares as they continue to operate at reduced passenger capacity.
For commuters taking the La Romain to San Fernando and Barrackpore to San Fernando routes, the new fares are $2 more, one way.
Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh spoke with the a presidents of the two associations on Tuesday.
