More Bent Press Position Work w/RRR

More productive work getting turned fully around at the start. The BIG change was getting the shaft in line with the Torso: much better position!! It's funny, the start feels like l am waaaay bent to the side and down but, looking at the footage tells me otherwise. Temperature was about 7°F with the wind chill at -8°F. This would have kept me from going from a full lift even if l wanted. This was best cuz l was forced to work on smaller, solid improvements. I can feel 'extra stuff' going on in my right Upper Back and right outer Hip Flexor and possibly TFL. It's gonna take time to get things re-programmed. Hope you enjoy the work. God Bless!!
