More assistance needed to secure US borders

When it comes to border security, there is a lot on the line for US states in the southwest of the country.

For many, Mexico's relentless drug violence can be too close for comfort.

Now local authorities want to use equipment from US wars abroad to keep the border conflict from spilling over.
