MOONILAL: A SICK JOKE

A sick joke - that's how Opposition MP Roodal Moonilal, views the Prime Minister's goal of seeing T&T become a cashless society. Dr. Moonilal notes, amid several insitutions coming under cyber-attack, the Prime Minister has admitted to never having used an ATM.
