Moon King aspires for an “electronic-folk feel" The pair use a variety of instruments including a 12-string guitar, surf guitar and drums. Although the duo is happy to collaborate, they prefer the concept of a two-person band. Wilde and Woodhead have been singing together since they were 15.
“Our families knew each other and would always play folk music and stuff. A song is a song. It can be sang by anybody, it can be sang in any combination in voices.”

“But it’s the melody and lyrics that are the most important.”
