Mooli Dosa (Radish Dosa)

Description
Ingredients:
1. radish - 3 medium size
2. gram flour - 1 or 2 table spoons
3. salt - 1 tea spoon
4. turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon
5. red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon
6. carom seed (ajwain) - 1/4 tea spoon
7. cooking or refined oil - 1 tea spoon
Procedure:
1. crush the sliced radish (3 medium size) using a juicer or grinder
2. tie the radish pulp in a muslin cloth piece to strain off the juice
3. take the radish juice and add to it:
a. 1 tea spoon salt
b. 1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
c. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
d. 1/4 tea spoon carom seed (ajwain)
4. stir the juice to mix all the ingredients properly
5. add to it 1 or 2 table spoons gram flour
6. stir the mixture to get a thin batter
7. heat 1 tea spoon cooking or refined oil in a pan
8. spread 1 small bowl batter in the pan
9. cover the pan for a minute on low flame
10. uncover and flip the dosa to let it cook on other side
11. again flip the dosa, and fold it to half
12. take it off the flame, and serve it
