Monsoon’s double attack – First delayed, second short

Monsoon is likely to hit Kerala after 48 hours from now, which is five days delayed from its scheduled time. People are waiting eagerly for it to get respite from heat wave. Touted as double attack, monsoon hitting late is not the only problem, but it is likely to remain short too.
