Monopoly to get a token upgrade

One of the world's oldest and most popular board games is getting an update. Characters such as Scottie the dog, a top-hat and a car reflect luxury items from the 1930s, but one of them is to be given the boot. The maker of Monopoly has launched an online vote to replace its playing pieces. Fans have been asked to vote for a replacement from a diamond ring, a helicopter, a guitar, a cat or a toy robot.
