Monocle Rose are from London: two girls, two boys and a lot of noise. Rock 'n' roll riffs and dark sultry lyrics clash with bubblegum melodies and pop candy choruses. Dynamic and uncompromising they play raw, chaotic shows; they grab gig-goers by the scruff of the neck and shake them back to life. Who says there aren't any stars anymore? While other bands pose and preen in black and white, Monocle Rose sparkle with colourful energy and a firey ambition burning in their bellies.
