MoNique Jones - My Tears

I cant hold them back
they keep falling down my cheeks
Not one, but a waterfall of tears

They are not just sad ones
nor or they happy ones
they are just tears of mixed emotions

As I sit at this computer knowing
this might be my last time doing so
I feel them gracefully falling
Because I have not yet been defeated

I cant hold them nor do I want to
Its about time I release these tears
Its been well over due this good cry Im having

Please dont take pity on me
because one day you might simply feel
one of these mixed emotions of tears slide down your cheek.
