I lay there with the sun on my face
Staring blankly into outer space
Wondering why…
Why is the sky blue
Why is grass green
Why did I fall in love
The people walk by
They can see me cry
But don’t know why
Thoughts running through my head
Makes me feel so dead
Weak, alone, unloved, blank
All this and who do I have to thank
NO ONE because that someone is gone
