Silly me believed that you would be true
I believed when you said 'I love you'
Silly me, I thought you would never leave
I was so blind and I was decieved
I tried my hardest to make this work
Little did I know that I'd get burned

You fooled me for so long, Im so appaulled
I wouldnt have known unless I'd gotten that call
Thank god my homegrl had my back
And let me know that you had broken our pact
You told me you wanted me to be your wife
And that you wanted to be with me throughout life

Silly me believed every fucking word
I never thought I'd be kicked to the curb
Why all of a sudden Im a random chick?
What made you decide to put me thru this?
I thought we were something special, you and I
But now thatsturned out to be one big lie

You've walked on my pride and Im heavy with shame
I never want to hear anyone speak your name
You've caused so much hatred inside
I never thought you'd make me cry
I cant believe I was so silly, so daft
And that what we had is now a thing of the past
