Monica: China boat launch FAIL!

http://www.nma.tv On September 29th, some people in Gansu launched a US$2.7m boat. On the day that it was launched, it sank. As Taiwan being one of the best boat makers, (5th in the world) Monica suggests that China should have let Taiwan build that boat for them in order to prevent such embarrassment, last, ending it with a Taiwanese-style "I'm on a boat" rap song.
