Mesa Air Group ($MESA@US) shares rose 6.8 percent in premarket trading following the airline’s announcement that it is finalizing a deal to run regional flights for United ($UAL@US) and ending its partnership with American. Tesla ($TSLA@US) shares rose 3.4 percent in premarket after major Tesla shareholders expressed concern over Musk trying to run both companies, saying Twitter ($TWTR@US) is a major distraction. Shares for Aerojet Rocketdyne ($AJRD@US) rose 2 percent in premarket after it agreed to be bought by L3Harris Technologies ($LHX@US). Moderna ($MRNA@US) shares rose 3.8 percent in premarket after Jeffries upgraded the stock to “buy.”
