Description

In a constitutional monarchy, monarch should be a subject of a constitution. Monarch is not above law and accountable of his/her actions. There are only two states in the world where monarchs are above constitution. Saudi Arabia and England. In both states, no constitution exists that can bring monarchs to accountability.
